  1. Passenger Use of Nayo Taxi

    The Nayo taxi app is an e-hailing mobile application used for booking a ride. The process of booking a Taxi or any other type of transportation pick up via electronic means like Nayo Taxi App is known as e-Hailing. This allows users to select the pick up and drop location of their choice and send a request to the nearest available taxi driver. The drivers of Nayo taxi are screened, registered and trained with the Nayo Taxi system. The drivers who are registered with the Nayo Taxi app (either in person and via a company) provide independent services to the users. In case of any disputes between passengers and drivers will be resolved from consumer rights, legal obligations and under the law applicable to the provision of transport services.

  2. Cancelling a Nayo Taxi Trip**

    There will be a minimum deduction if a passenger cancels the ride without any genuine reason.

  3. Use of Nayo Taxi

    Through the Nayo Taxi app we are trying to provide the safest ride to the passengers. We have taken all the safety measures to provide the best possible travel experience to the users. But in case of any misfortune and mishap, we are not solely responsible.

    Nayo taxi app is a software and software can be disturbed anytime. Therefore we cannot promise an error free experience. But we will try to resolve any technical issues as soon as possible so that our users do not suffer.

    Nayo taxi app is not responsible for any brokerage and does not entertain transportation damage for customers. Refunds will be given when required and genuinely applicable.

  4. Registering on the Nayo App

    If Registering As A User Of The Nayo Taxi App The Customer Has To Agree To The Following Conditions

    The Nayo taxi app has the right to save the personal data of the user to the Nayo app database and can transfer the details to the registered driver of the Nayo Taxi App.

    Nayo Taxi has the right to amend and make changes to the terms and conditions policies at any time. In case of any change we will notify our users immediately.

    Nayo Taxi is entitled to transfer the database of the personal information to third parties without any prior notification.

    Nayo Taxi can forward the personal data and bank data to the credit card and mobile payment intermediaries

    Nayo Taxi is allowed to send marketing messages and authentication codes through SMS messages.

  5. Processing Of Customer Personal Data

    By downloading the Nayo app, the user gives their consent to access their personal information during app installation. The personal information provided by the user is only processed during the course of app installation or for use of the Nayo app.

  6. What Type Of Customer Personal Information We Collect And Process

    Following details are asked During Nayo app installation:

    Name

    Contact number

    E-mail address

    Feedback ratings

    Payment information

    Geographical location of the user

  7. The Reason For Collecting And The Period Of Processing Of Customer Personal Data

    We ask for the personal information of the users to make the right driver connect with them.

    We forward the details of the passenger to the driver so that the driver can show his availability nearby.

    We use the contact details of the user to update them with any new or latest updates.

    The data collected will not be used for identification purposes..

  8. The Process Of Collecting Customer Personal Data

    We collect the information of the user during the installation process.

    The geolocation of the user is only shared with us till the user is using the Nayo application. Once the app is not active on the user's device, the location of the user will not be available on the app.

  9. Disclosure Of Customer Personal Data To Third Party

    The information of the users is only available to the registered drivers of the Nayo Taxi App.

    The feedback provided by the passenger is also anonymous. The drivers can never know about the identity of the user who provided the feedback.

  10. Security And Deletion Of Data

    The personal information of the user will not be disclosed to any unknown party. We ensure that the personal data of the user is confidential and remain safe at any cost.

  11. Liability

    Nayo Taxi always tries to deliver the best to their customers but it is not always possible. We cannot promise to provide the cabs all the time at the same fares. During busy days and high demand the fares may fluctuate. We are not responsible if the cabs are not readily available.
